William H. Graves, CHMM

Principal CFO

Mr. Graves is the Chief Financial Officer and Project Manager for ENSAT Corporation. He holds a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Frostburg State College. He has over 23 years experience dealing with complex environmental and Hazardous Waste/Material handling and disposal for industrial and transportation industry clients. Mr. Graves is responsible for general personnel supervision and management of all operations at ENSAT. He is the principal owner of ENSAT, which has been in business since November, 1989.

Mark J. Newell, PG

President
Senior Project Manager

Mr. Newell is the President and a Project Manager for ENSAT Corporation. He holds a B.S. degree in Geology from West Virginia University and is a Professional Geologist in both Florida (#1693) and Virginia (#2801-001489). Mr. Newell has over 16 years of personnel management, project management, technical expertise and field experience in the environmental field. His responsibilities include managing and performing a wide range of geologic and subsurface investigations. These investigations consist of contaminant site characterization reports, environmental site assessments, tank closure assessments, remedial designs, asbestos and lead-based paint evaluations. His duties involve overseeing field operations and data analysis while maintaining a close working relationship with clients to insure their needs are met. Prior to joining ENSAT in June of 2001, Mr. Newell was a branch manager with Universal Engineering Sciences in South Daytona, Florida.

Alan M. Lacy

Project Manager

Mr. Lacy is a Project Manager for ENSAT Corporation. He holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia. His duties involve performing and managing field operations and data analysis to produce comprehensive technical documents including remedial feasibility studies, risk assessments, and corrective action plans. His primary responsibility is remediation system design, system operation and maintenance, and remedial pilot testing. Mr. Lacy manages and performs site work involving site characterizations, contaminant investigations and remediation. He also performs environmental site assessments associated with underground storage tank removal. Other responsibilities include report writing such as tank closure reports, site assessments, and site characterizations for submittal to appropriate state agencies and hazardous materials emergency response and mitigation. Mr. Lacy joined ENSAT in December of 1991.
